Claiming back from lloyds tsb bank charges

Hi all,

only last week i went through all my bank statements online i added up from 2010-present i have been charged over 800 pounds in fees from being overdrawn bye like 30p-1 pound i then got charged 75 pound for this.. which i didnt have i was only 18 and reluctantly on jsa so i was forever having bank charges ontop of bank charges.
on the 3rd of this month i sent a letter to lloyds saying all this how i was only just 18 at the time and that they built up and got ontop of me which ended in a bad credit score from missing direct debits ect also saying how im expecting a child and am on low income with no other source of money anyone had same dealings with them how long do i expect to wait for a letter back? and what are my chances like?

Thanks,
Jack

Not had dealings with Lloyds Jack but hopefully they shouldn't make you wait too long for your reply. They should be able to offer you help/advice as a customer. Perhaps going in to see the manager (make an appointment) taking a copy of your letter if you have one too. Explain you want to get your finances sorted, what can they do to help you? Keep notes of whay was said and copies of everything!

    Hi

Did you get a reply from lloyds?

I'm a single parent, I've lost my job and I have more going out than in and lloyds charge me almost £40 a month and take it when I don't have money. They also gave me a £1600 over draft when I was working when I only had £530 a month wages.

I feel they have lent me money irresponsibly when I was In a financial mess.
