Hi,
My husband took out a loan with AA for 21k this was paid off 5 years ago.
It was one of them loans where we applied on line and the cheque arrived with a courier.
We did not ask for insurance as it was not required.
We sent a questionaire to them 3 weeks ago and have recieved no acnowlidgement, what should we do?

Give them a ring and ask if they have received it, was it sent recorded delivery? If not they may not have got it!!Successes
