Same happened to me so I gave them a ring on their freephone number and the CS was extremely helpful - agreed that it had disappeared from the confirmation and is putting one in the post for me tonight.:o

Is it £4.50 per quidco member or per bodyshop customer?

Was thinking of ordering a card for my mum and sis but dont want to if i'm not gonna get the full amount of quidco,

p.s have 1 quidco acount and 3 body shop accounts

There is no free gift withh the LYB card - it is now £4 off a finishing mist which still costs £4. The libertine mist is reduced to £4.41

Bah! Now the site won't recognise my password. Requested a new one and that won't work either!

I am having the same problem..made an order yesterday for LYB card and managed to get 3 libertine mists free. When I try to login today it says my password is incorrect and not allowing me to reset..:mad:

Thinking if it has got anything to do with the free mists glitch...Did you get more than one free mists ?

Got a 2nd password re-set and it eventually worked! Only got 2 mists added to my LYB card order and they turned up today. Ordered the Vit E £20 offer this time and it automatically deducted 10% LYB discount, despite me not yet having the card "in hand".

Got a message for quidco about the error in cashback tracking yesterday, they said it'll be a wait before they get confirmation from body shop about who bought LYB cards, but they're looking into it.

I had more than one body mist added to my order (although it hasn't been despatched yet)

I have just logged in to try it out for you and had no problems. It logged me in as normal. Perhaps there are/were problems with the website.

My order has just arrived via UPS, complete with three Libertine mists - they smell very nice too.
