I recieved my order on Saturday and the LYB card today. No free gift though! Tried to phone them earlier but gave up as was on hold for ages. Will try again tomorrow.

Well, my order says delivered, signed for by me at 4pm yesterday, even though I was still at work.I had the LYB card sent in a sepaprate envelope, but no package with the prodicts I ordered.

I've emailed them about my free gift, as tried to get through to them on the phone and was on hold for ages - everyone must have had the same problem!

Just a tip - if you're missing your gift, ring now as I just got through without holding at all. They tried to say that the promotion ran out on the 6th, but I told them it was clearly advertised and I took a screen shot of the offer on the page. They are sending me out one in the post now!

Managed to get through to the Body Shop customer services today and they are going to send the missing free gift out to me :j

I too had the same problem, no free gift. They also tried to tell me the offer had expired after id bought it. I too took a screen shot of the offer. They are now sending me one out in the post 'as a gesture of goodwill' as they r saying the offer finished at 4pm on the 6th
