Absolutely 100% still working as I've just used it. If you're scared it has expired and want to use it on a "Commit to buy" item simply go to checkout on an ebay shop item and enter the code in the basket checkout. If it discounts the items, delete them. Buy your "Commit to buy" item and use the code there.
