Help I have booked the wrong week with my Sun Holiday!

Hi Folks
I made a right C*** Up last night I didn't get the dates or parks I wanted with the Sun Holidays and I got an email yesterday to say that they were sorry I wasn't able to get dates / parks that I wanted...blah blah and that I could book online.
So I logged on with the details they gave me and searched for a while, found a park and we were thinking of going either the 7th of May for 4 nights or the 14th May for 4 nights but then realised we wouldn't be able to do the week of the 7th because of a commitment on the 9th.
Anyway ...(Sorry to ramble! :rolleyes: ) I clicked the park then book and as I clicked Confirm I realised I had left it on the 7th :eek:
Now I have booked the dates I can't go :mad:
The T&C's say I can't make any ammendments once booked, I haven't had a confirmation yet but was wondering if anyone has managed to change their dates before or are they just going to say tough!
Hubby is not happy with me :rolleyes:
Any advice welcome as this is the first Sun Holiday we have booked, and we are a bit skint at the mo and don't want to waste the holiday.

it might not be booked through yet, if you hadn't received any confirmation yet. Call them straightaway, give them the ref. to see if they can just cancel it then you can book it again.0

I have tried to call but the only number I can find is the helpline number that doesn't open until 1st March.
I can't find any other way of contacting them0
