Are you saying the English (or Welsh) are not allowed to take part?TrickyWicky wrote: »

Please advise why you think the title is wrong.0 -
Well thats how it usually works in Scotland.. free prescriptions and education for the Scottish yet the English get nothing - either side of the wall.
That causes a lot of bad feelings for us English.. something which has happened so many times throughout history.0 -

Get a grip will you! Scotrail (apart from the Sleeper) operate in Scotland and its fares are available to anyone of any nationality. If you are registered with a GP in Scotland you will get free prescriptions, doesn't matter who you are. And yes, free university places have a residency qualification, but that applies to everyone regardless of nationality, including people who would regard themselves as Scots.
I don't really understand why decisions taken by the Scottish Government on distribution of the finances within their control should disturb you in any way, perhaps you should consider being a bit less of a sensitive soul.
For your information, I am English but have lived quite happily in Scotland for most of the last 20 years.0
