I find the best way to deal with bad customer service is to shop elsewhere.

I haven't been in a Sainsbury's for a year. I don't suppose they miss me but I sure as hell don't miss them. F 'em.

personally I think it's hysterically funny when some company gets slated on here and then all these happy customers (who, coincidentally, are newbies to whom we have to be nice) appear to tell us what a brilliant company it is and how happy they are with the goods and services provided.
