Yes. And believe it didn't end up well.

  • They are operating as Learning For You out of Moorgate now
Just went for an "interview" there today. Got to see "Nadia Khan" ( I doubt that's her real name as it's a Muslim name and her desk had many Hindu god dolls on it ), everything seemed ok until she said due to data protection she couldn't reveal her client ( the supposed employer ) to me. Then when I asked about career progression she stated I could go from 1st to 2nd line in 6 months as a new starter, this is a blatant lie as I have done both 1st and 2nd line roles previously.
Even more alarm bells rang when apparently I scored 0/5 on an AD test, I know AD and RDC fairly well, 0/5 was shocking. Suddenly I was offered the training for £395.
Sufficed to say I made my excuses and left. Got home and found this and the student room forum post about them. Now I regret letting her photocopy my drivers license. These guys are probably distributing fake id's for illegals too.
So I sent an email requesting that photocopy be destroyed and if anything comes my way via the Police in regards to my license I will send them straight to her.
I feel for you guys that lost your money to these scumbags.
  • Stay well away any such companies - there are several ones under different names: Had a vert bad experience and I have reported them to the Trading Standards already and got a reference number. Her is my email to them:

    Dear so and so
I have been invited today to your office on the premise that I'll be interviewed for a Skill Assessment as listed below.

During the course of the assessment, you kindly offered that I take on an online course and pass the exam before your company can secure a job role with one of your partner company.

I agreed at the time and I signed a contract and paid £395 by credit card.

Since then, I realised that I am currently unemployed and £395 is a large some of money that I will have to take out of my income. Talking through the matter with my wife, we decided that this may perhaps not the best option for me to secure a job role.

I therefore would like to declare that I no longer wish to purchase your course or take the exam at this present moment in time. I understand I am entitle to change my mind within (seven days or fourteen days ) of purchase your course, product, service or exams fees.

I am fully aware that I have signed a contract with your company but on second thoughts, this turned out to be not in my interest neither it is in my family best interest.

Signing the contract with anyone does not affect my statutory rights as I have been legally advised, and I therefore wish to pursue a full refund.

Many thanks for your service offered and your understanding.

    Best Regards

    A trusting fool
