Freedom card - What a joke of a service!

I have ordered a freedom eagle card (prepaid) mainly to build up my credit rating on the 25th of Jan, and have yet to receive my card!

I have phoned their crappy customer service line but to speak to the customer service noobs, you have to enter your 16 digit card number and ofcourse, i couldn't enter this because i haven't recieved the card yet!

I have left messages for the lost and stolen department on SEVERAL occasions over the last month to find out what has happend to my card, basically and what the hell is going on and they said someone would give me a call back to do a chase up.

Not one occasion did i receive a chase up call. Just came off the phone to an ignorant turkish nutjob who said calm down, and down speak like that, - my words were only what kind of a company are you, and an absolute disgrace of a service i have recieved.

I also asked if i could have some compensation for what has gone on, and he right out said no you can't. I think this is unfair, considering the amount of times i've phoned up, the bloody phone bill has risen for the amount of calls i've made to the clowns. I asked for just £10 to cover the phone calls to them and the noob woudln't have none of it.

******* me right off they have.

Would it not be easier to order a new one?
  • Tbh, i can't be bothered with them anymore. I wanted it to build up my credit rating but they have messed me around. The 'second' card might not even bloody come.

How will a pre paid card build up your credit score?
You do seem to pick them judging from previous posts - life is never dull with you.

they are the same crowd as the Cashplus - APS i think, so he's gone for the 'credit builder' loan. Where they charge you £60, lend you £60 and then report payment to the CRA.

Er, excuse me mister. I have been to 6 games this season, hardly an armchair fan. I can't go all the time, 1 because of being a student.. lack of money, 2 it's usually hard to get tickets.

What happened to the £60K your brother gave you and the £12K you were allegedly given by your Nan, or were they just made up like most of your posts when anyone checks your posting history.
