Black Horse, redeemed loan taken out in joint names

Back in 2004, my OH & I took out a joint loan with Black Horse which was repaid in 2006. OH died in 2011.
To be honest, I have absolutely no paperwork for this loan, destroyed it when we moved house, and I cannot remember whether PPI was added or not - I do have the reference no for the loan - is it worth trying to find out if we did have PPI, and if so, making a single claim even though the loan was joint?

You need to contact Black horse and see if they can help you, explain about your hubby and ask if they can find this loan and if ppi was on there, you may have to send a copy of the death certificate with this being in joint names, let me know what they say and i will help you from there.0 -
