Important Guidance on Paypal

As we seem to have several threads per day on paypal problems, and worries about using paypal, I've taken the liberty of linking here to the me page of a prominent ebay community poster, who I would go so far as to say is an expert on Paypal. There's a lot of good advice on it.

Is it just me who thinks the Q&A boards are addictive? Can pop in there to see if there's anything exciting happening, and two hours later I'm still there, enthralled at a scammer's excuses!

It's a fantastic place to get advice though, although often people don't get the advice they want (or indeed the advice they asked for).
