Word processor for Android on a netbook

I've just bought an netbook and it has an Android operating system, which I am used to on a mobile phone and it's interesting to see it on a computer. My question is does anyone know a decent office package that is compatible with Microsoft Office and works on Android? Oh, and free too please. Or should I just download Ubuntu and install that?
