Re-opening / new application for Virgin card

I closed my virgin credit card account last year as the 0% term had ended and they didn't want to help with a better APR and I having trying to find out how long I have to wait before I can apply for a new card that entitles me to the 0% rate again. Been looking everywhere on their website but couldn't find it. Any ideas?
