All sorted now thanks and as a result Urban Splash are now updating the contract to put in that the fob needs to be returned to them.
Just to clear it up the property was owned by myself and the carpark space rented from Urban Splash so when I sold I gave my keys to the estate agent...
I think a bit of clarity will help future renters
