They're charging for food now (although nibbles are still free)

Or the spin free version - they used to offer free hot snacks, now they don't but you can buy a meal for £10.
The bottom line is that they are better than servisair and many others by some distance but given that they've already decreased their level of basic service I wonder how long it will last before they become just another lounge. Still good for now but lets see what the next year brings.
