i have been left a 3rd share of my parents house with my brothers having a 3rd each also we would like to let this how do i go about becoming a landlord who do i need to inform ?

There are a lot of implications and honestly for the rental income from one third of a house it may not be worth the hassle.
Do you get on well with your brothers? You will need to make decisions regarding the up keep and expenditure on the house and may find your income is small.
You will need to register with HMRC for self assessment and change the house deeds to your joint names.
