Is there a 'tell-by-date' for disputes with neighbours?

Is there a time limit regarding disputes? For example- say you had problems with a neighbour but there have been no problems for the last 5 years, would you still have to disclose? Also when buyers ask about neighbours, don't they usually mean immediate either side, so does a problem neighbour several houses away still have to be declared?

The sellers questionnaire, does not give a time limit on this so I would guess that there is no time limit. However, If I was in this situation I would probably ask advice from the solicitor.
It's a difficult one because what constitutes a dispute?? We had a falling out with our opposite neighbour some time ago but I wouldn't call it serious enough to warrant calling it a dispute on a sellers form.Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0 -
I think there is a two year time limit... but I'd check that with a solicitor. A falling out which doesn't affect the property - for example, you don't like each other so you don't speak anymore, or you support different rugby teams and had an argument once about which side was best - doesn't need to be declared. Noise issues, anti-social behaviour, calling in the police or environmental health department, a dispute over ownership of land, or things like that have to be declared as they may affect the property value and the new owner's ability to live in it peacefully.0
