I think the credit card reclaim letters on the main site can be tweaked to suit.

If you have placed the order your talking about since becoming redundant and are gonna use the redundancy as the reason why payments were late previously... id kinda go carefully....On the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0
