Avoid 'Car Audio Centre' at all Costs

Car Audio Centre are appalling, I had a delivery problem due to an error in the postcode, the stuff was delivered but I don't know where. They refused to answer emails, the web contact form and return calls. When I did finally get them they were aggressive and unhelpful, basically 'your problem sort it out yourself'. I am still without the stuff I ordered before Christmas. I looked into them a bit more, there are dozens and dozens of bad reviews on them, relating to poor delivery, rude customer service, a helpline that costs 75p per minute, and nobody answering enquiries. When I challenged the guy in charge of customer services about not replying to my emails, he said 'what do you expect, do you know how many emails we get? - unbelivable. Also do not be persuaded by the few 5 star reviews out there I found 9 reviews posted by the same guy 'Stephen' who apparently only reviews Car Audio Centre and travels the country doing so .....hmmmmm... So not only bad service but prepared to spam and lie too! Avoid - Avoid - Avoid..:mad:

    Have to agree with the above based on my experience so far. Item not arrived, no communication.

    Similar problems with them.
    Ordered via Groupon Voucher, took ages to receive it. Item is faulty and I have logged in 3 return tickets to have it refunded/replaced. I am still trying to get things rectified from March!

    In the meanwhile I wrote to Citizen Advice Bureau (former Consumer Direct) but have not been of great help.

    Groupon is neither of any help..

    I'm going to write the company a letter of complaint but I am quite sure they will kep dodging this once again...
