Excel batch printing

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to batch plot/print from an excel document and if so how to do it.
My main excel document is a series of A4 pages side by side in rows of 10 pages, we use these Excel sketches / pages for ordering parts and sometimes there maybe 250 pages to print depending on the job. Now at the moment we have to select the page so it highlights then click set print area, then go to the print icon just to get one page, this can take forever when you have 250 + pages especially when the document is slow due to size as sometimes auto cad detail are pasted onto some pages.
any help would be great as this cant be the quickest method

If you're pages are already set up, why do you need to set a print area?
If they aren't already set up, it might be an idea to set one (although I don't think you can set multiple print areas).
If you're sheets are in a standardised layout and are always the same size, you could use VBA to set the print area and print the relevant pages in one go using a loop.:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
Any posts are my opinion and only that. Please read at your own risk.0 -
I have got lots of information from here http://www.technowriter.net/2012/11/top-8-cad-applications-for-linux.html you would get idea from this article.0

I suppose you could tell VBA to print from cell/row A1 to M20 (or whatever cells make up page 1) and then tell it to move to page 2's cells/rows. Or similarly, tell VBA to set up the print area for page 1, print page 1, setup print area for page 2, print page 2, etc etc.
I suppose you could also make 250 individual Sheets and just tell VBA to print each sheet as required (i.e. print sheets 1 to 10 or 1 to 100).

Isn't there an option in print preview to print entire worksheet? Then all active sheets are printed.0
