Nissan Navara D40 - No headlamp or sidelight but still have full beam. Help please?

Hi
I'm a bit confused, on my d40 my front nearside headlamp is out but it works on full beam. The sidelight is also not working.

Is this a dual fillament bulb and is it likely that I simply need to replace the bulb to fix this or is it something more terminal or a fuse that needs replacing? The full beam works ok as do the indicators on the nearside. The offside is all fine and working correctly. Your help is appreciated as I need to drive north this evening and cannot do this without lights!

Switch bulbs from nearside to offside to check if it is bulb that is defective. If not bulb then check fuse.
