Money borrowed on Credit Card and given to friend

Do i have rule 75 protection if I borrowed money on my credit card and lent it to a friend?

    If you mean you made a cash withdrawal from your credit card and gave it to a friend then NO! The transaction (cash withdrawal) completed successfully and you recieved exactly what was requested

    Only if your friend was going to perform services for you for the money and they didn't live up to your expectations.

    ...who then failed to honour their part of the contract to pay you back the money.

    If it is then the law is more of an !!! than I think it is.

    There is some kind of contract between you and the owner of the ATM for them to issue with some nice notes, this might be shared with the CC company under Section 75. What you then do with those notes is nothing to do with the CC company.
