    Hello

    Here's me:
    - Brekkie at home
    - Free cuppas x 3 in work; didn't have one at home this morning.
    - HM lunch
    - Remind OH to defrost tonight's tea
    - Try to work while thinking about interview qs  - interview at 5pm
    - Didn't buy a new cardi for the interview - think my 3 year old one looks smart enough… :o
    - Keeping my fingers crossed for OH and the latest call about a job that he got :T - sounds promising.
    - Used a sample sachet of conditioner and moisturisers I got for free/as gifts
    - Checking out free Kindle books

Hoping to have a quiet night at home tonight. I should get home by 7pm so that gives me time to tidy round a bit and then sit down with my book/knitting/crochet/tv by 8.30pm. Definitely need to chill tonight and get to bed early - didn't sleep for having crazy interview dreams last night. Arghhh.

    Hi all

Back again for my monthly visit, really must try to visit you all more often, you really make me think about my spending when I'm here!

    So, things today:

    • Coffee on train in travel cup from home
    • Try and have a NSD - should manage it as only thing I need to pay for is Ebay postage and I don't count that as the buyer paid
    • Forgot my cold tablets (has everyone on here got a cold?!) so had to pop into Boots at the station to get more, paid with points though
    • Lunch and snacks from home (HM soup and whoopsied bread for lunch, then yoghurt, fruit and Babybel for snacks)
    • Free sparkling water at lunchtime in the Virgin Lounge, took my book with me
    • Posted Ebay items and transferred money out, leaving in enough for the monthly invoice and noting down what needs to go back onto my credit card for the postage (really annoys me that you can't do 2nd class postage through Ebay)
    • Make up 15 minutes from going home early yesterday
    • Do ovulation test - nothing yet
    • Dig out a new home and a get well card for a friend and her little boy, also need to get a new baby girl card but will wait until tomorrow lunchtime I think as the gift hasn't arrived yet (I got one of the Bunnikins picture frames from the Grabbit board using ShopandScan points)
    • Dinner from plan - HM quesadillas using up tortillas from last week's fajita kit
I think that's everyone. Hope everyone has good days and all the poorly people feel better soon.

Oh and happy birthday Aria and good luck for the interview La escocesa xx

    Hi all!!

Well, good thing about working nights is youre in bed half the day so cant spend money! think ive said this before come to think of it! So todays main dfw thingy whatsit is that it has been a NSD :j

    other things:

    -checked online banking
    -moved necessary money around
    - keep heating off as long as possible
    -meals from stores
-bake another weetabix cake (fab alternative to Malt Loaf and way cheaper!)
-take out diced beef to make beef bourginon in SC tomorrow
-sort cupboards out so stuff to use first is at the front
-make room in said cupboards for when mr S arrives with my bargain "basics" shop later this evening
-check envelopes and regroup with regard to spending habits!

and i think thats all! Last nights shepherds pie went down a storm using the bulk mince recipe - plenty left for freezer and the little one took some in a tupperware for her lunch this morning and wolfed the lot down!

Hope everyones having a good day - im off until thursday woohoo!

Day off work today to finish self employed project so... my plans were as follows

No stopping at the shop for chocolate/ buns/ treats to keep me company while I worked or nipping out for a subway as a treat!

Make a big pot of soup (meant to do this yesterday and didn't) for the next few days lunch (It's bubbling on the stove now, and the leeks were on their way out so thank God I did it tonight).

Go to Slimming World only to weigh in - no product buying. (Lost 2.5lbs! woohooo).

    Two loads of washing done.

    Online banking checked.

Bidding on Ebay on a bundle for a clothes bundle for my daughter - have set reasonable limit. Could save me a fortune and she needs clothes for the new season.
