Hello,
This is my first thread here so i apoligise for any errors.
I started a claim against Lloyds TSB over a year ago for the miselling of PPI on my credit card. I received a letter from LLoyds TSB that was dated 29th July 2011 saying my complaint had gone to the FOS and they were offering me a sum of £836 for settlement. The letter stated that i did not thave to respond if i was happy with this and they were making arrangements for the settlement to be paid into my current account that I also hold with them....
Seven months later and i have heard NOTHING! I have sent them two letters since January this year which i know they received as i sent them recorded delivery and not suprisingly they havent bothered to even respond to me - let alone pay me the settlement they promised July 2011!
Has anyone else had to wait this long?? Will their offer now have to be changed due to the delay?
