PSP E1000-3 What Memory Card?!

Have bought my fiance the above PSP for his birthday, want to get him a memory card to go with it but don't know what I need/how much I should expect to pay. Ideally want 8GB. I have found the Pro Duo stick but there seem to be a few variations of this.
