Where's the £30 Amazon voucher

I tried contacting Santander when I didn't get my voucher.
I opened my account on the 12th Feb (the final day of the offer).
After 30 days I responded to the link at the bottom of the email I got when I signed up about the offer (from SANTANDER).
In every call I chased it up - the agents had no idea about the offer. I eventually had to email them a copy of the Santander headed email offering the voucher because everybody I spoke to simply had no idea about the deal.
I've now been credited £40 (an extra £10 because no one got back to me when I lodged a complaint) for all the hassle.. It's a shambles.. Santander don't seem to know, according to all the correspondence I had, that the offer even existed.
Their incentives team seem to be a bunch of idiots as I've even spoken to them.
At least I got the cash, but i'll be moving my account when my 1 year anniversary roles around for sure.0 -
Same here. £300 came in from Santander today but no sign of the £30.... Account started on 21/4/12 and have submitted a message via the link mentioned above today, will see what happens.0

Email received on 3/5 saying the voucher has been approved and will be despatched shortly. No apology though...0

You mean the offer from a third party referral site. So what if its headed with Santander, its ultimately the referrer that the offer is with not Santander, to get you to sign up through them... No wonder Santander employees wouldn't know what a 3rd party referrer is doing?!0
