trust deed

Hi there ive recently just entered a trust deed/iva about 5-6 months ago but im really wanting to get a mortgage but what are the chances of getting one and any suggestions on who would give me one and if not once i have been discharged for my trust deed would i have to wait another 3 years before i can get a mortgage thanks

    You will have to wait 6 years before you get a mortgage at a reailistic rate

    TD's come off 6 years after the date of becoming registered

    The people that you used for your TD should have made you aware of this
  • Whether you are in a Trust deed or an IVA it is impossible to get a mortgage in the current environment
