is there an address on the credit card statement for customer services?

Alternatively, according to the A&L website their cards are provided by MBNA.

MBNA Europe Bank Limited, Registered Office: Stansfield House, Chester Business Park, Chester CH4 9QQ.

Phone and ask why. 08000 688 638 and folow prompts 'til you get the option to speak to an agent.

    Are you sure ?

They did change it a while back so that cashback gets credited on your credit card account rather than physically receiving a cheque in the post (a very clever sidestep, the cashback money stays in their loop - similar to 'loyalty' vouchers, where you get money off but have to spend in that particular store).

Check your credit card statements around cashback time and see if the credit is on there.

I just wanted to say that if that's the case and you want the cash in your hands, there's nothing to stop you asking them to transfer the cashback by bank transfer to your current account or to send a cheque. I recently did this with Amex.
