Not the best at reading these logs but uninstall: yahoo toolbar, utorrent toolbar (I think is running?)

Download and install malwarebytes: Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.60 - FileHippo.com
Run a quick scan, delete everything it finds, post log here. Update definitions.

how much RAM have you got? if 1GB or less, vista will always be slow....

along with grandmaster's bits above, tick and fix (in HJT) all the O16 entries, use msconfig to turn off adobe ARM, run the norton removal tool:-
