Hi,
My Mam had a letter of Santander saying she had had Morgage PPI with the Abby from 2002 to 2007, she did not know anything about this or can not find any paperwork. They have said does she want them to sort it out for her. So is it best to let them sort it out or get some other company to do it.

So, you are saying that despite it appearing each month on her statement for around 60 months she didnt take any notice of it?They have said does she want them to sort it out for her. So is it best to let them sort it out or get some other company to do it.
