FOS PPI Questionnaire - Help

Hi,

I have looked pretty much everywhere and I can't find the answer to a question I have regarding the FOS PPI Questionnaire form.

I sent my form off last week to Lloyds TSB, after spending about a 2 weeks filling the damn thing in! It took me that long because I didn't want to make an errors and I didn't want to miss any important information out!!

Sadly though, I did BOTH! :o

I missed off some information and facts that was important and I also made a stupid error in one section where I checked the wrong box!!

Please don't laugh! I suffer from OCD and filling in forms is not the easiest thing for me to do. I checked the form, and checked it again and again. I even got to the point where I was tempted to scrap it altogether and start again!

Anyway, all I really want to know is, can I just send the bank an additional letter to inform them of any changes or additions that I want to make to my form or can I just send a new form in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Regards

Graham

    Hi Graham

Do not worry, this happens, but what you could do is either ring them or contact them to let them know you have missed important information out and you wish them to add this to your complaint form, or send a letter with the account number you used on your form and ask them to add it to your complaint that way.
They must do this, so please do not worry, it happens.

    Good luck.;)
