    Looks like a good plan. Good luck with it! :)

    One other thing you can do after the first round is get any transfer done then give them another call. Tell the highest rate card that they are currently the highest rate deal so you're planning to clear the balance off that card. Ask them if they are interested in offering you a lower rate to avoid that and keep the money lent out and making them money for longer. No guarantee that they will go for it but sometimes they will.
