Thomas Cook Credit Card Help Needed

in Credit cards
Hello,
I'm new to all this but found the help and advise second to none...My problem is I have a Thomas Cook Credit Card which I am currently on a Payment arrangement for as I was out of work due to illness for nearly a year in 2010 and fell behind on payments but paid as much as I could each month.
I am now back in employment but due to the nature of my illness (black outs) I have had to take a lower paid job as I can't drive anymore as an external sales person.
My balance on my Credit Card is £840 and arrears of £135, I have been paying £10 a month after the Thomas Cook advisors told me to pay what I can each month.
I went to pay £20 over the weekend only for an advisor to tell me I was off the payment plan as I had been on it over 3 periods since 2010 and fialed to meet payment dates, I tried to explain that due to the frequent blackouts I was having and been in hospital I simply couldn't remember the dates I had to pay or how much for that matter.
The advisor then told me I needed to send them proof of these blackouts by means of a note from my doctor then they may put me back on a payment plan.
I have no problem in doing this but feel harrased and bullied into doing so but I'm worried if I don't that they'll keep ringing me or even worse take further action into my arrears.
Should I just send the documents (after paying the docs to put something in writing) or tell them the £20 is all the money I simply can afford at present?
Thanks for reading and any help given.

So they just want a doctors note then you can get onto the plan you wanted - and were originally on? (i.e. £10 a month - and you will presumably pay more off as and when you can?).
Have you tried asking your doctor if they could do it for free because of your financial problems? If you can't get it free then I can't see a way around this without causing an enormous fuss. Anyone could just make up an excuse that they have a medical condition that caused them to "forget" payment dates - I don't think asking for evidence really counts as "harassment" or "bullying" (unless you've missed out things?).0
