'"Gambling Introductory Offer Loopholes board" –consultation results' blog discussion

It clearly said 'loopholes', which to me sounds more of a sure thing than 'matched betting', which could describe betfair's business model. I don't think it's a term that's meaningful to people who don't already know what it is. It's certainly not self-descriptive and if you asked the man on the street, they would probably say that it sounds dodgy.
Lol.
I know exactly what the merits are, I've spoken at gambling conferences and so on, I'm by no means a neophyte. As for matched betting I'm not particularly interested in it per se, but if I were to place a bet I certainly wouldn't bother in matching, just reduces the winnings, and I'm not scared of risk.
Well I hope you'll forgive me the last bit then. I was merely going off impression.
When I first spotted this (I spent most of my time on the money sections) I dismissed it. And yet I'd spent much of my adult life as a punter. I should have understood. At the second visit, it clicked and I've never looked back. Over five years of continuous profit.
I cannot understand anyone not doing this. A bit of application and some serious study, and once it's clicked, the income flows. I turned my back on gambling/punting and though I've taken some (private) risks and lost money along the way, I have made profits I would never have dreamed of.0 -
I had to return on this because I really liked a couple of reforms.
that's ^ a really good oneThe user will need to read and agree to this (via a tick box) before they may visit the board.
and once again
"report-a-risk" sounds nice, really, it is fine, no need to change it imo or unless you'd like to replace it with "iffy" :snow_grin"report a risk" button [although this name may change]
I was about to suggest this but by then the thread got too serious for my liking. I think this has to be done stealthily, in the sense, the person even though a match better themslves should have their original id protected so that there's no accusation of having vested interests. They could present themselves as bg only role. Or someone from outside. Someone like Fifer or Gilbertgrandgrind or magyar - all astute and quick learners and won't let themselves be messed about by posters or get involved in bg factions. Or may be poet123, we call her poem fondly, we like to rid off her from dt :rotfl: don't tell her pleaseWe’re aiming to add one more board guide to this board to support the current guides.
