Credit Card PPI Reclaim

Hi,
Just a few questions on the above reclaim process. I live in Scotland, I know the law differs from that south of the border. I have recently finished my trust deed and wanted to know if I am legally ok to reclaim ppi on cards that were included within my trust deed. I have had a couple of ppi companies on to me trying to claim it for me but I also know they will say anything to get their 33% commissions for trying so in the first place. It's hard to know who to trust!
Any help much appreciated.

The redress may go towards the trust deed, think they work the same way as our DMP and IVA, it may not but you need to know this is what may happen.
You should not use the company if this is the case as you will end up with a bill for the claims co.
If you have the account numbers and reasons for mis sell then put a claim in.
