hi can anyone help right i have send mbna 2 letter one was about T&C witch i have not got and the 2nd one was all information about my account again have not got i have send payment for the information and they have cash the cheques i dont know what to do next

Phone them up and ask them how long it will be before you get a response.0

I'm in the same boat with MBNA, they have not sent all the information I requested re SAR. I have sent them a letter before action, they have 7 days left untill I go to court.0
