When am I supposed to get my Barclaycard/Egg cashback?

Got about £16 in cash back due on the Barclaycard (the one that used to be egg). It's not a massive amount, but I stopped using it for a while whilst I waited for the dust to settle.
Just checked this morning and it's showing my cashback anniversary as 1st March, but nothing on my recent transactions to show that I received the cashback.
Anyone with the same problem?

Yep, same for me. Not had a payment yet. I seem to recall though the date changes every year...
I've sent a secure message to them and will report back when they reply.0 -
Mine showed up on the first statement after the anniversary, it didn't appear as a regular transaction on the recent stuff.0

We're waiting patiently too. We're due £150 and have checked the account every day since the 1st. Not that we're impatient to see it or anything.Herman - MP for all!0

Mine is usually 8th March, ie comes through on my February statement.
aliasojo - that's a £15,000 spend - I only used to get that kind of figure with the Pullman (?) method. Without prying, was that just day-to-day - or something very clever?0 -

No idea what the Pullman method is.
It was accrued through a mixture of use.
Partly buying high ticket items for the house, partly day to day living. The card always got cleared every month though, we just used it for everything in order to build the cashback.
We've since tightened our belts.Herman - MP for all!0 -
I get my barclaycard cashback monthly?
It just gets knocked off the bill on my barclaycard, but that was never an egg.aliasojo - that's a £15,000 spend - I only used to get that kind of figure with the Pullman (?) method.
I pay my gas and electric but I get a bigger discount for paying DD.
Look at your SOA and think "what cant I pay on card", surprisingly little in fact.0 -
I am due £200 cashback this March.
I also bought a new washing machine on the 1st March for £400 on my new Egg/barclaycard.
Wonder if that counts for this years cashback?
Soon find out. Wonder if it will count seeing as it was bought ON the 1st March anniversary date??0 -

Had a reply... as confirmed by others above, the money will appear on your first statement after your anniversary date. For me this will be the 13th March. Hope this helps others!0 -
I checked this out - basically any spending after your Feb statement will accrue cashback for next year not this one.
Given this and the fact that they pay out on your March statement date it seems that the quoted 1st March date doesn't actually mean anything at all...donaldtramp wrote: »I am due £200 cashback this March.
