I recently used the downloadable form to re-claim the ppi from a Northern Rock loan we took out in 2007, we did at the time of taking the loan state we did NOT want ppi on the loan, however after moving house & losing the loan agreement i requested a copy and was gobsmacked to see over £1,500 in ppi showing on the copy i recieved.
As we finished paying the loan last year i dubiously filled in the form and sent it off......Not holding my breath
Any how long story short,(11 weeks from start to finish):) we successfully won our ppi back including interest on the amount and now have a lovely new car with the proceeds.....
Many thanks to Martin & his team that provide the knowledge & means for the likes of us to be able to do these things ourselves without having to pay middle men....:D
