Parking at Railway Station
Hi, Need some advice - planning to go to place near Westerton train station soon from about 5.30pm until 9pm. Only real parking is at the train station. Does anybody know if I'm likely to get into trouble from Scotrail if I park there but dont use the train ? Thanks

If its a pay and display or pay on exit car park they wont give a monkeys who parks there are they will get their money. Even if its not just check for any restriction signs at the station.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

The signs at Pitlochry station say that you can only buy a ticket for the car park if you also have a ticket for train travel that day, but I've never actually known them to ask to see the train ticket if I'm not actually buying both together at the station.0
