Wow, just seen this on BBC news.
Buyers must pay for living in premium area.
It's always been expensive there.

That's complete and utter nonsense. I live (and own properties) in that area. Prices are static.0

According to Zoopla down over 5% this last year:eek:

The latest figures on BBC's website suggest flat http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/spl/hi/in_depth/uk_house_prices/html/29uq.stm. Interestingly the also say -11.5% for Maidstone. Guess that's why Sibley is so desperate to talk price up.0

No, Tunbridge Wells is a real place, honest.0 -
the closest i can see on the website is a news story about spa towns in general -
House prices in Yorkshire spa towns rocket
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-17244393Lloyds TSB said house prices in spa towns in England and Wales were around 27% or £48,123 higher than those in their counties generally, averaging £275,397 last year.
so not really a rise of 27%, just 27% higher in general than neighbouring towns
sorry to ruin the fun sibley'Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.'
