    It's a condition of entry...

Entrants must have an existing mortgage in accordance with a valid written mortgage agreement in respect of their main residence located in the United Kingdom or be paying rent in accordance with a valid written tenancy agreement in respect of a property located in the United Kingdom, and have made all payments due at the time of entering the competition.

    :)

so if you did happen to win but didn't have a mortgage, and said "can i just keep the £10,000 and forget about the other bit of the comp"...ITV would be within their rights to refuse that as you would have entered against the competition conditions?...that would be absolutely horrible!
  • Congratulations to Mrs Nicola Easton from Tyne & Wear who has won her Mortgage or Rent clear for 2 years up to value of £30,000 + £10,000 cash
