We did have the problem of a huge 11m well underneath the new lounge which cost about £1000 to fix :rolleyes: but these things are sent to try us!
The ground floor is officially standing! We have spaces for windows and doors and the rooms look much bigger than they did even last week with no walls! I'm seriously chuffed! Building Control will be out soon to check the joists that will be going in.
It's very exciting. Spent half the day at MFI today getting drawings for the kitchen. Now I have to try and find it all cheaper elsewhere!
