Early last year I posted warnings (see previous posts) about the above Company and our unpleasant experiences with them. They still have our £1850 deposit with no work done on the ground. While we would almost certainly win our case in court, we are unlikey to recover the judgement against the Co. because they have no assets, and they would move the money from their bank account if we obtained an order to freeze the account, as they would have advanced notification of the hearing for such an order. What a wondeful justice system we have!
Today I have been informed that Roger Oxlade, or Roger the Dodger as we call him, works for a new firm off a website called singlestoryextensions.co.uk (SSE) so beware of this one too.
About two months ago, I was notified by Companies House (CH) that CSB had filed a document to dissolve the Company but I have not recently visited CH's website to see if the Co. has been dissolved. I would not be surprised if it has, and I believe that SSE was formed because CSB was not getting much or any business - they had acquired a bad name. If CSB has been dissolved, I doubt if any creditors will get any money back, including us. I ask myself, would they do the same with SSE? My answer is most probably. Have they done the same with previous companies? The answer is the same.
I hope this post helps anyone who comes accross Roger the Dodger and his co-conspiritor Mark Ferrie.

I am currently a victim of Roger Oxlade and CSB's unscrupulousness. Thank you for the advice over going to court and the change of name. Is there any way do you think that I could prevent him from defrauding anyone else - I don't think there is much hope for me that my problems will ever be resolved but I would like to stop him cheating other people.0
