BT Hub - what comes in the kit?

Ive tried to set everything up tonight. But there doesnt seem to be a wire to connect the hub to the ADSL connector to then plug into the phone line. Anyone remember if this wire came with their hub or do you have to purchase this separately? I would have contacted BT on line but they shut at 6pm tonight. Thanks

I'd be very surprised if that cable was missing. What cables/leads did you get? The one you need has a telephone type plug at each end, one end smaller than the other.0

One of these, I think, should be in the box.0

You must mean one of these that goes between your router and the filter in the telephone socket:
Yes there should be one supplied in the box.
It's called a 2m RJ11 ADSL lead and you can find them on Amazon or ebay and any computer shop will sell them. A couple of quid should do it if you are impatient.
ETA: Curses! Beaten to it by grumpycrab :-)
