Travel Money

I used the MoneySavingExpert website to find the best exchange rates for foreign currency and swear by the website for much of the information I need for various things. Yes the exchanges rates were the best I have found.
However, the website does not mention that when you use the links to the various currency suppliers, they attempt to take the payment from your bank as a cash payment, not as a whole-transaction. Therefore if your bank only allows a daily cash payment of £300 as mine does, you will have to make only these small transactions over a few days if you want a large amount. The way they are collecting the money, as a cash payment and not a whole-transaction, you will be charged a fee of £4.75 or thereabouts because you can only order so little.
Quite a rip off if you ask me!
