How much to put up a stud wall?

Im looking to covert a large bedroom into two rooms, one medium and one small with 2 doors & a small hall way.
Main wall would be approx 4m long by 3m high, smaller wall 2m, need two doors & skirting, insulated if possible??
I have a friend who is an electrician so dont need that in the price but need roughly what kind of price I can expect to know if its worth doing it.
Also if you in the know, how much approx to take out an old fireplace and just platerboard over the whole!!?
Any ideas appriciated. Thank you
