Filling in SOA for CAB, do I need to include my partners income and outgoings?

Really unsure on this one, we both have our own seperate bills in our own names, I am considering bankruptcy and pretty much all my money pays all my bills. Do I just list my own income and outgoings on there or do i need to add it to hers?
Our income has always been seperate, if we needed something and one of us had the money we just went ahead and paid for it.
