Dla and Dbd 384 letter...?

Can anyone advise what a DBD 384 letter is and where i get one? Apparently it should have been included with dla award paperwork.

If you phone DWP they will send one out to you. It confirms that you are receiving DLA so that you can get discounted travel, etc, through buses, ferries, etc0
