Account Advice

A friend and I have recently become godparents and we want to set up an account for our godchild that we will be putting money in every year until she's 18.
We want to put it in her name but until she's 18 we'd be the ones in control of the account.
Does anyone know which type of account would be best and what we'd need to set it up?

You'll need one of the parents to sign the R85.
Note what happens when a child turns 16.0
